Renew Patriot Platinum Group Insurance plan to extend the dates and keep your coverage active. To extend Patriot Platinum Group Travel Medical Insurance plan dates, the coverage must be active and not expired. Patriot Platinum Group Insurance is extendable and renewable for a minimum period of 5 days and up to a total duration of three years of maximum continuous coverage, after which you can re-purchase or Buy Patriot Platinum Group Insurance plan with a new Certificate/ID number.
Existing Patriot Platinum Group Insurance certificate numbers must be active and not expired to be be eligible for renewal.
